Young Adults
 
Men and Women from 18 to 35 years of age face a particular set of challenges in life.
You are either entering college, making your way through college, or in the early stages of finding your way through the "work" world. You may be seriously considering having a life partner and pondering the ultimate direction of your life.
Basically, you are trying to survive in the “Real World.”

Most of the "advice" you find out there is not going to give you any kind of intelligent interpretation of your Catholic faith and  you are less likely to find it from most professors in secular colleges. As a matter of fact, the chances of being ridiculed for your faith are extremely high.

This raises the question, “What do I do?”

The Fusion Seminar

….is a college level theology class taught by Fr. Mario Arroyo, Pastor of St. Cyril for the young adult between 18 and 35 years of age. Each week we consider, from an in depth theological perspective, church teaching and social issues that would be pertinent to young adult men and women in college or the working world.

We meet every Wednesday night at 7pm in Room 219 of the education building at St. Cyril. In this area of Houston there are constantly new young adults relocating usually because of work.  There are new people every week who join us.  Each class is self contained so you will not be jumping into the middle of something and no registration necessary, so come and join us. 
 

Consider Joining Us..
We meet weekly on WEDNESDAYS  in Room 219 of the parish education center.
No registration is necessary
Snacks provided from 7:00p to 7:30p when class begins
