Infant Baptisms
 
Baptism provides a grace-filled entrance into Christian communion and the beginning of a life centered in the love and service of Christ.
 
Procedure in English

• Registrations are every other month, starting in December, on the First & Second Wednesdays of the month.
   
• Pre-Baptismal classes are every other month, starting in January. Classes are the First three Thursdays of the month.
   
• Celebration dates are once a month except in the month that Easter falls on (no baptisms). Baptismal dates are usually the third or fourth Sunday of the month.

• Registrations are every month, on the First Monday of the month.
   
• Pre-Baptismal classes are every month; classes are the first two Sundays of the month except for in June (no classes).
   
•  Celebration dates are once a month except in the month of June (no baptisms). Baptismal dates are usually the third or fourth weekend of the month

Christian Initiation
for Children

The Catholic Community of St. Cyril wishes to welcome the children and their families who seek a closer relationship with God through the celebration of the Sacraments of Initiation: Baptism, Eucharist (Communion) and Confirmation.

This process is for the families whose children are over the age of seven years old or have been baptized in other Christian Denominations and wish to become Catholic though the Sacraments.

This process takes two years and the child has to participate in our regular Religious Education classes along with the Sacramental Preparation (accompanied by the parents) according to their grade level.  
 
Registrations are in July and August

Iniciación Cristiana
para Niños

La Comunidad de la Iglesia San Cirilo desea dar la bienvenida a los niños y a sus familias que buscan una relación más intima con Dios bajo los Sacramentos de Iniciación: Bautismo, Primera Comunión y Confirmación.

Este proceso es para las familias de hijos mayores de siete años que no han sido bautizados o  que fueron bautizados en alguna otra Denominación Cristiana y desean celebrar los Sacramentos de Primera Comunión y Confirmación dentro de la Iglesia Católica.

Esta preparación toma dos años y el niño tiene que participar en las clases regulares de Educación Religiosa en adición a la preparación sacramental (acompañado de sus padres) de acuerdo a su grado escolar.

 Sacramental Preparation
First Communion
 
The sacramental preparation can be an exciting time for the whole family. We are happy to be in partnership with you in the preparation.
 
Requirements
First Communion preparation is only for children who are in 2^nd– 5^thgrade (older than 7 years old).
 
Your child must have completed two years of our Religious Education program (Kinder is not included) and must attend Sunday Mass.
 
 Parents and child must attend all classes during the preparation process.
 
 If your child is in a Catholic School or in another Parish you will have to provide a letter. 
 
Registrations are in January and June

Preparación Sacramental
Primera Comunión
 
Esta preparación puede ser un tiempo de regocijo familiar. Estamos contentos en formar parte en esta preparación.

Requistos
La preparación de Primera Comunión es solo para niños que están en el 2do al 5to grado (mayores de 7 años).
 
Su hijo(a) tiene que haber terminado dos años de Educación Religiosa (no incluye Kínder) y asistir a Misa todos los Domingos.
 
Padres e hijos deben de asistir a todas las clases para recibir la preparación de los Sacramentos.
  
 If your child is in a Catholic School or in another Parish you will have to provide a letter.
